2. Users must possess full civil capacity (natural persons) or valid business qualifications (organizations). Minors, legally restricted persons, or unauthorized entities may not register. Invalid registrations empower NewBuy to terminate accounts and seek legal remedies.
II. Account Security

Upon successful registration, users are responsible for username/password security and all activities under their account. Report unauthorized use or security breaches immediately.

III. NewBuy Principles 1. Definitions
Lucky Number: A digit (1-9) selected by users before payment.
NewBuy Number: A randomly assigned code upon successful participation.
Lucky NewBuy Number: The winning code calculated post-sale, entitling its holder to the product.
2. NewBuy operates under these principles:
Equality: Equal legal status between users and NewBuy.
Freedom: Voluntary participation without coercion.
Fairness: Fair exercise of rights and obligations.
Good Faith: Honest conduct in all transactions.
Obligation Fulfillment: Completion of transactions per this Agreement (except prohibited by law).
3. Users acknowledge that participation funds (win or lose) are non-refundable and support others. NewBuy doesn't guarantee winning outcomes.
IV. User Rights & Obligations 1. Users own their credentials and may log in to participate. Account transfer is prohibited.
2. Users may: browse products, post reviews, join discussions, invite friends, upload images, and participate in NewBuy activities.
3. Users must provide accurate registration data (email, phone, address) and update it promptly. Impersonation is forbidden.
4. Users shall engage in good faith without disrupting transactions.
5. Members earn points per NewBuy rules. Points are redeemable for designated goods. Point rules constitute binding agreements.
6. Users have moderated speech rights. Prohibited content includes:

1) Content opposing constitutional principles or inciting violation of laws;

2) Content inciting subversion, secession, or undermining national unity;

3) Content harming national honor/interest;

4) Content inciting ethnic hatred/discrimination;

5) Discriminatory content (race, gender, religion, etc.);

6) Fabricated information spreading social disorder;

7) Content promoting illegality (superstition, cults, pornography, violence, etc.);

8) Defamatory or malicious attacks;

9) Content discrediting state agencies;

10) Other illegal content.

7. Community posts must comply with forum-specific rules.
8. Unauthorized advertising is prohibited. Violations may result in content removal and service termination.
V. NewBuy Rights & Obligations 1. NewBuy will maintain platform functionality and improve technology.
2. NewBuy will respond to registration/transaction inquiries.
3. NewBuy may delete content or terminate services without consent for:

1) Problematic registration data/purchases;

2) User violations of laws/agreements (includes account deactivation and legal reporting);

3) Malicious activities: spreading false/illegal content, disrupting operations, uploading viruses, or network interference.

4. Users grant NewBuy perpetual, global license to use, modify, and display content posted on the platform.
5. NewBuy may adjust product prices without prior notice.
6. Crowdpurchasing involves risk. NewBuy isn't liable for Lucky Number outcomes.
7. Unfulfilled orders after 90 days may be refunded to NewBuy accounts within 3 business days upon request.
VI. Delivery & Fees

Products are delivered to specified addresses (or nearest accessible locations for remote areas). Free nationwide delivery excludes Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Provide accurate delivery details. NewBuy isn't liable for delays/cancellations due to:

1. Incorrect/incomplete addresses;
2. Unclaimed packages causing redelivery fees;
3. Force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc.).
VII. Out-of-Stock Policy

Either party may cancel transactions for unavailable items. Full refunds will be issued. NewBuy may open pre-orders and notify users when stock arrives. Pre-orders aren't binding transactions.

VIII. Liability Limitation 1. NewBuy isn't liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc.). We will facilitate prompt recovery.

2. NewBuy isn't liable for service disruptions caused by:
(1) Mass malware/hacker attacks;
(2) User/NewBuy system/network failures;
(3) User errors;
(4) Unauthorized service access;
(5) Government restrictions;
(6) Other uncontrollable circumstances.

3. NewBuy's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price of the related product purchased.
IX. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, software, images, ads, emails) is protected by copyright/trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction/derivative works is prohibited. Articles are co-owned by authors and NewBuy. Reprinting requires authorization.

X. Privacy Policy
